...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM SUNDAY TO 5
AM PDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...High elevation snow expected. Total snow accumulations up
  to 7 inches.

* WHERE...Cascades of Whatcom and Skagit Counties.

* WHEN...From 5 AM Sunday to 5 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This is expected to be the first notable
  snowfall in the Cascades this season, especially at higher
  elevations. Snow accumulations will be greatest above 5000 feet.
  People planning on visiting the backcountry should plan
  accordingly for potentially impactful conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
power outages.
