...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM PST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 8 to 12
  inches along Highway 20 west of Washington Pass. Additional snow
  accumulations of 12 to 24 inches are possible on Mount Baker.

* WHERE...Cascades of Whatcom and Skagit Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening
  commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest elevations within the Cascades of
  Whatcom and Skagit counties could receive nearly 3 feet of snow
  through Friday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. Prepare for possible power
outages.
