...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM PDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 4 to 10
  inches.

* WHERE...Cascades of Whatcom and Skagit Counties.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This will be the first notable snowfall in
  the Cascades this season, especially at higher elevations. Snow
  accumulations will be greatest above 4000 feet. People planning on
  visiting the backcountry should plan accordingly for winter
  weather conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.
