.DISCUSSION...
Mostly dry weather is expected the next few days, though minimum
relative humidities are forecast to stay over 40%. There is a
15-30% chance for some light precipitation north of Interstate 44
this afternoon into the late evening. If precipitation does
occur, it would most likely be a wintry mix of snow and/or
freezing drizzle.
Southerly winds today at 5-10 mph will sharply shifting to
northerly between 1 PM and 5 PM, increasing to 8-12 mph overnight,
with isolated gusts up to 20 mph. These winds then gradually
diminish and shift to easterly through the day Thursday.
There is a mention of freezing rain in the forecast Thursday
night, but chances are currently low at 15-20%, with most models
keeping the area dry. Trends will continue to be monitored.
