.DISCUSSION...
Scattered showers will begin to increase in coverage across
southern Missouri in the early morning hours; however, the
highest chances for lightning near the burn site are in the
morning and are expected to decrease after around 10AM. Severe
storms are unlikely, but the strongest storms could produce small
hail. While winds will prevail out of the south/southeast, it is
possible that outflow from a thunderstorm could result in a very
brief shift to northerly winds.

Chances for light to moderate rain linger through the afternoon,
along with a lower chance (around 20%) for lightning.
