Weather hazards expected... Limited lightning risk. Elevated excessive rainfall risk DISCUSSION... Showers and embedded thunderstorms with heavy rain will remain possible today, mainly over the eastern Ozarks. Cloud to ground lightning and localized flooding will continue to be the main hazards. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. Severe thunderstorms are possible late Tuesday night with damaging winds and large hail as the main hazards. A greater severe risk for much of the area is then possible Wednesday. There are still some uncertainties in storm mode, but all hazards could be possible. Heat index values from the mid 90s to lower 100s will be possible late in the week into next weekend. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
