Weather hazards expected... Limited lightning risk. Elevated extreme heat risk. DISCUSSION... Above normal heat continues today with highs in the 90s to near 100 degrees. Heat Index values will be between 100 and 105. The Heat Advisory continues. There is a less than 20% chance for a pop-up thunderstorm north of I-44 and east of Highway 65 this afternoon. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. The Heat Advisory continues until Saturday evening. A frontal passage is expected later in the weekend which will bring cooler temperatures and more widespread rain chances. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
