This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

There is an 80 to 95 percent chance for precipitation Friday
night through Saturday, with diminishing precipitation chances
into Saturday nighit. Most of the precipitation will be in the
form of rain. Rain may change to or mix in with light snow Friday
night into Saturday morning in the eastern Ozarks. Little to no
snow accumulation is expected at this time. Keep up with the
forecast if traveling for the holiday.

Wind gusts on Saturday could reach 30 mph, especially areas west
of Springfield.

Another system will move towards the area Monday which could
cause additional winter precipitation however confidence is very
low at this time.

  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
