This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Elevated fire weather risk.

DISCUSSION...

Relative humidities have dropped into the teens across central MO
and 25 to 35% elsewhere raising a concern for the start of
wildfires. Winds are however less than 10 mph which will minimize
the spread of fires.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible
Monday afternoon and night. Not all locations will be affected by
this activity. There could be some small hail with a few of the
storms. Higher chances for showers and thunderstorms, including
locally heavy rainfall, then arrives Wednesday into Friday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
