* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 to 45 mph
  expected. A few stray gusts above 45 mph will also be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas and central, east central,
  south central, and southwest Missouri.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM CST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
