* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas and southwest and west
  central Missouri.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Patchy freezing fog could form in a few areas
  tonight. Use caution as elevated surfaces may become icy.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
