* WHAT...Visibility less than one half mile at times in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas and central, southwest, and
  west central Missouri.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
