.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...
At 2 AM, a 1016 mb high was 600 nautical miles west of San Diego
and a 1008 mb low was over Sonora, Mexico. Onshore flow will
increase for today through Saturday, with northwest wind gusts
occasionally exceeding 20 knots around San Clemente Island during
the afternoons and evenings. A coastal eddy will develop tonight
and continue into Sunday, followed by a weaker and intermittent
eddy through Monday. Southerly flow will increase Tuesday.
