At 2 PM, a 1025 mb high was 900 nautical miles west of San Diego,
a 1030 mb high was over eastern Idaho, and a broad area of low
pressure down to 1018 mb low was over southern Arizona. Light
afternoon onshore winds with occasional periods of offshore flow
and weak coastal eddy in the mornings.
