.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...
At 1230 PM, a 1029 mb high was 350 nautical miles west off the
coast of Big Sur CA, with a 1013 mb area of low pressure over
southeastern Texas. There is a 20 to 30 percent chance of patchy
dense fog developing over the coastal waters around 6 PM through
11 AM Monday, creating areas of visibility below 1 SM. Weak
offshore flow during the nights and mornings will alternate with
weak onshore flow during the afternoons and evenings through
Thursday.
