...Flash Flood Potential Index for Extreme Southwestern California...

.SYNOPSIS...
A few isolated thunderstorms may develop in the San Diego and
Riverside county mountains Sunday. Precipitable water values are
expected to increase slightly for Sunday, but it won`t be enough
of a surge to create a significant threat of flash flooding. High
resolution model guidance is indicating rainfall rates around 0.30
inches per hour Sunday afternoon. Moisture will continue to
decrease into early next week with dry conditions expected.
