.SYNOPSIS...
Remnants of Tropical Storm Juliette will continue to bring
scattered showers across portions of southwestern California
this afternoon. Highest rainfall rates up to 0.50"/hr possible
over the mountains with a low risk of flash flooding. Drying will
occur for tonight and Friday with a 15% chance of showers near
the San Bernardino Mountains on Friday afternoon, and a less than
10% on Saturday.
