...Flash Flood Potential Index for Extreme Southwestern California...

.SYNOPSIS...
Increasing moisture from the remnants of Tropical Storm Juliette
with scattered showers will spread northward across portions of
southwestern California today. There is a slight chance of
thunderstorms for this afternoon. If there are enough breaks in
the overcast, thunderstorms capable of producing isolated flash
flooding could occur over the Riverside County mountains and San
Bernardino Mountains. Drying will occur for tonight and Friday
with isolated showers possible near the San Bernardino Mountains
on Friday afternoon.
