The tropical wave that brought widespread showers and some
thunderstorms this morning has left conditions more stable this
afternoon so that the potential for flash flooding is lower than
earlier today.

Moisture will gradually decrease for Wednesday through Friday with
the more typical distribution of afternoon showers and thunderstorms,
primarily over the mountains and deserts.
