.DISCUSSION...
Hot, dry, and windy weather on the desert mountain slopes and
into the deserts will create elevated fire weather conditions
through Monday. West winds 15 to 25 mph each afternoon and
evening will gust to 30 to 40 mph at times with humidity as low as
15 percent. It will also be hot in the Inland Empire today with
highs from 90 to 100. A shallow marine layer and onshore flow
will keep coastal areas cooler.
Sunday and Monday will be a little cooler, then it will turn
warmer again Thursday through Sunday as another ridge of high
pressure builds over the desert Southwest.
