.DISCUSSION...
Cooler with breezy west winds in the mountains, passes, and
desert slopes today, transitioning to weak to locally moderate
Santa Ana winds on Monday. Wind gusts of 30-45 mph are expected in
and below the passes, canyons, foothills and locally into the
valleys. Offshore winds weaken and transition back onshore on
Tuesday. There is a 15-30% of light precipitation Wednesday
afternoon through Thursday morning, though chances of wetting rain
is less than 25%. Another round of weak to locally moderate Santa
Ana winds follow for Thursday morning through Friday.
