.DISCUSSION...
The marine layer has deepened to around 4500 feet with the chance
for wetting rainfall from light showers near the San Diego County
coast early this morning less than 5 percent. Weak offshore
lower-level flow will develop today and continue into Friday
morning. Northeast winds along and below the coastal slopes of the
mountains will mostly gust to 35 mph or less, except to 45 mph
near the Cajon Pass and near the coastal slopes of the Santa Ana
Mountains. Lowest daytime humidity on Thursday will fall to 15 to
20 percent for the Inland Empire and inland Orange County. The
coast will warm briefly on Thursday before cooling slightly for
Friday and Saturday while inland areas will warm steadily for
Thursday through early next week with high temperatures next
Tuesday 10 to 15 degrees above average for inland areas.
