.DISCUSSION...
A drying trend will occur through Monday as relative humidity
values lower near 15-25 percent across the Inland Empire into
the mountains. Warmer weather will occur through Tuesday
with highs near 5 degrees above normal away from the coast.
Monsoonal moisture will increase beginning mid week, with notable
chances for storms returning across the mountains and deserts.
Chances for thunderstorms will range from 30 to 45% for locally
heavy rainfall, gusty winds, and cloud to ground lightning. There
will be a subtle decrease in temperatures to near normal by the
latter half of the week as well.
