.DISCUSSION...
A low pressure system moving inland into the western states will
bring cooling through Saturday and a recovery in humidity for
inland areas. There will be stronger and gusty southwest to west
winds for the mountains and deserts with the stronger gusts along
the deserts slopes of the mountains of 35 to 45 mph during the
afternoons and evenings. A marine layer near 2000 feet deep will
deepen to around 2500 feet on Saturday. For Sunday through
Wednesday, the low pressure system will weaken, but remain across
the area. High temperatures will warm 5 to locally 10 degrees,
but remain below average. The marine layer will decrease in depth
to 1500 to 2000 feet.
