.DISCUSSION...
High pressure to the south will continue above average high
temperatures through Wednesday. The combination of lowest daytime
humidity of 5 to 10 percent combined with gusty sea breeze winds
will continue elevated fire weather conditions for the deserts
onto the desert slopes of the mountains during the afternoon and
early evening through Wednesday. This will be followed by a
cooling trend for Thursday into the weekend with high temperatures
falling to around 5 degrees below average. A marine layer around
1000 to 1500 feet deep will deepen to 1500 to 2000 feet for the
weekend.
