.DISCUSSION...
Mid-level moisture may support a few showers or thunderstorms this
afternoon, primarily over the mountains and deserts, but most
areas will be dry. On Monday, isolated showers and thunderstorms
may form over the San Bernardino mountains and locally into the
High Deserts Monday in the afternoon. The deserts will remain hot
all week. West of the mountains there will be a degree or two of
cooling each day Monday through Thursday as a weak trough moves in
from the Pacific.
