Patchy marine layer clouds and fog will clear in the morning, leading to
mostly sunny conditions for the late morning and afternoon hours. Onshore
flow will occur through the period, strongest in the afternoon with wind gusts
near 20 MPH at times. RH values will lower near 45 percent in the afternoon.
