.DISCUSSION...
Patchy clouds and fog are expected Monday and Tuesday mornings with mostly sunny
conditions occurring by late morning into the afternoon hours. Southwesterly
sea breezes will occur each afternoon with Monday being slightly breezier
than Tuesday. There is high confidence in seeing surface level wind gusts
below 15 mph each afternoon. Modest overnight recoveries are expected with
humidity rising near 85 percent at night down near 45 percent each afternoon.
