.DISCUSSION...
Light winds through Sunday, increasing Monday morning out of the
east. Gusts up to 20-25 mph at times, occasionally up to 30 mph,
through Monday afternoon. Stronger winds will be near the ridge
of the mountains and on the western slopes. Winds decrease
substantially by early Tuesday morning. Patchy morning fog may be
observed in the vicinity of the fire both Sunday and Monday
mornings. There remains high uncertainty in the precipitation
forecast, with best chances still being Wednesday (around a 30%
chance). On Wednesday, most likely timing is late morning through
the evening. Rain chances decrease to 15% on Thursday and to 10%
on Friday. Total rain amounts look to be below 0.10".
