.DISCUSSION...
Monday morning, offshore winds out of the north and northeast will
increase, remaining elevated through at least Tuesday, especially
near ridgetops. The magnitude of the winds and gusts is uncertain
at this time although preliminary model data shows gusts in the
20-30 mph range near ridge tops and gusts in the 15-25 mph range
along valleys and creeks. Relative humidity through the period is
forecast to reach no greater than 45%, although minimum humidity
could drop below 20% given offshore winds.
