.DISCUSSION...
Chances for thunderstorms and rain showers both Thursday and
Friday. Most likely between 1100 PDT and about 1800 PDT Thursday
and between 1400 and 1700 PDT Friday. Stronger storms are
generally expected to remain to the northeast of the incident, but
any thunderstorm could bring heavy precipitation and gusty,
erratic winds. Otherwise, northwest afternoon breezes both days
will pick up around 1000-1100 and calm after 1900 PDT. Moderate
daytime humidity with good overnight recoveries.
