...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
2 AM PST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...West winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 5 to
  7 ft.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from San Mateo Point to the Mexican
  Border and out to 10 nm and Waters from San Mateo Point to the
  Mexican Border Extending 10 to 60 nm out including San
  Clemente Island.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 2 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A front with a distinct wind shift will
  move through the waters from west to east between 4 PM and 10
  PM. The stronger westerly winds will follow the front.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should pay close attention to the marine forecast...and
consider wind and sea conditions in planning.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
