...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Oklahoma, including the following
  county, McCurtain and northeast Texas, including the following
  county, Red River.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Storms will continue to be possible overnight across the
    Flood Watch area as an upper level forcing moves across the
    Middle Red River Valley.
