The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Arkansas, including the
following areas, Columbia and Union and Louisiana, including the
following parishes, Bienville, Caldwell, Claiborne, Grant, Jackson,
La Salle, Lincoln, Natchitoches, Ouachita, Red River, Union, Webster
and Winn.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
