...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Arkansas, including the
following areas, Columbia, Hempstead, Howard, Lafayette, Little
River, Miller, Nevada, Sevier and Union, Louisiana, including the
following parishes, Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Caldwell, Claiborne,
De Soto, Grant, Jackson, La Salle, Lincoln, Natchitoches, Ouachita,
Red River, Sabine, Union, Webster and Winn, southeast Oklahoma,
including the following area, McCurtain, and Texas, including the
following areas, Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Franklin,
Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Panola, Red River,
Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus, Upshur and Wood.

While there continues to be some light to moderate rain across
portions of the region this afternoon, it should not pose a
widespread flooding threat through the remainder of the day.
Therefore the Flood Watch has been cancelled. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
