...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of southeast Oklahoma,
including the following area, McCurtain and northeast Texas,
including the following areas, Camp, Franklin, Morris, Red River,
Smith, Titus, Upshur and Wood.

Although scattered showers and a few thunderstorms will still be
possible across the area this afternoon and tonight, flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
