...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Texas, including the following
  counties, southeastern Angelina, southeastern Nacogdoches,
  southwestern Sabine, San Augustine and southwestern Shelby.

* WHEN...Until 115 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1016 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    San Augustine, Pineland, Macune, Etoile, Woden, Melrose,
    Martinsville, Zavalla, Chireno, Broaddus, Denning,
    Chinaquapin, Bronson, McElroy and Dolan.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
