.DISCUSSION...
Skies will begin to clear this morning and mostly dry conditions
will persist throughout the day, aside from building clouds and
a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in deep east Texas
during the afternoon. High temperatures will climb into the upper
80s to lower 90s, with minimum relative humidity values dropping
into the 40 to 50 percent range. Mixing heights will reach peak
values of 5000 to 6500 ft across areas without developing storms,
where peaks may be in the 3000 to 4500 range. Northeast winds will
become more easterly after daybreak and reach maximum sustained
speeds of 5 to 10 kts.
