.DISCUSSION...
A weak frontal boundary across the region will allow for light winds across
much of the region today. Portions of southeast Oklahoma and south Arkansas north
of the boundary can expect northwest winds 5 mph or less while the rest of the ArkLaTex
can expect west to southwest winds. There is a chance for scattered showers and
thunderstorms across parts of the region this afternoon into this evening. Otherwise,
dry conditions to prevail with afternoon relative humidity values from 25 to 35 percent and
mixing height values exceeding 5kft.
