.DISCUSSION...
Scattered periods of rainfall will continue through the morning across
ArkLaTex fire districts. Flash flooding may develop across northeast
Texas and southeast Oklahoma. Scattered showers and storms will continue
to be possible into the weekend. Minimum relative humidity values today
will range from 50 percent south and east to 70 and 80 percent northwest.
Peak mixing heights will be similarly split from 1500 to 200 ft north
and west to 4000 to 5000 south and east. Winds will become increasingly
variable, increasing to maximum sustained speeds of 5 to 10 mph today.
