Southerly surface winds will continue their return across Four
State fire districts over the work week with briefly increasing
rain chances in northern and eastern zones. Minimum RH values will
return to the 40% to 60% range before another frontal boundary
reintroduces drier values in the 20-30% range by Saturday. /16/
