.DISCUSSION...

Heat and scattered storms will continue through much of the week
ahead. Storms this evening for southern fire districts may produce
damaging wind gusts. Strong to severe storms will be possible again
tomorrow generally north of I-20. Minimum relative humidity values
will drop into the 30 to 40 percent range, while mixing heights climb
to between 5000 and 9000 ft. West winds of speeds 5 to 10 mph will
become variable as a boundary passes through the region. Isolated
gusts will be possible along the boundary.
