.DISCUSSION...
Hot and dry conditions will continue to make for favorable fire
weather conditions. Flash drought conditions to continue into next
week and temperatures climb into the lower 100s and periods of
mixing help drop dewpoints at times, especially Sunday afternoon.
Overall average min RH values will fall between 30 and 40 percent
through early next week, although the increased potential for
better mixing across East Texas on Sunday could make for min RH
values near or just below 20 percent. Winds will remain light
around 10 mph into next week, which will hinder the need for Reg
Flag Warnings. Rain chances could increase by the middle of next
week, although widespread measurable rainfall is currently not
expected.
