.DISCUSSION...
Surface high pressure, combined with high pressure aloft, should
generally result in rain-free conditions across the region today.
But, a stray shower or thunderstorm can`t be ruled out. Also, it
will be hot and humid, with afternoon highs in the mid to upper
90s over the next couple of days. Mixing heights should climb over
4000 ft, with Min RH values between 40 to 50 percent. One thing of
note for Thursday afternoon into the upcoming weekend is the
possibility of rain chances returning from the east, as models
hint at tropical development in the northern Gulf.
