.DISCUSSION...
Calm winds and a mostly clear sky will yield patchy frost late tonight
across the prescribed burn location, with a secondary reinforcement of
colder air expected to surge south across Central Louisiana late Friday
morning through the afternoon. 20ft winds will become north-northwest and
increase to 10-15 mph with gusts to 20-25 mph from late morning through
the afternoon, with min RH`s falling to around 35%. Winds will quickly
decouple by sunset, becoming calm by mid and late evening as surface high
pressure builds back into the area. Because of this, 20ft winds will
become northeast around 5 mph or less during the day Saturday.
