South-southwest 20ft winds later today will be weaker than what was observed Tuesday, as they increase to 7-10 mph late this morning through the afternoon. With the prolonged southerly low level flow, RH`s have begun and will continue to modify through the day, with min RH`s falling to 45-50% by mid-afternoon.
