            Widespread flash flooding across the city of
            Shreveport. Multiple road closures, vehicles
            stalled in high water along with high water
            rescues reported across parts of the city as
            well. Rainfall rates near 2.5 to 3 inches an
            hour reported with training convection
            across the city.
