* WHAT...Heat index values of 105 to 108 degrees.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Arkansas, southeast Oklahoma, and
  northeast Texas.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
  illnesses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Should showers and thunderstorms develop
  quickly over Southwest Arkansas this afternoon, this would result
  in cooler conditions and would result in an early cancellation of
  the Advisory.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
