SOUTHEASTERN UNION...SOUTHEASTERN LINCOLN...JACKSON...CALDWELL AND
NORTHEASTERN WINN PARISHES UNTIL 1215 AM CDT...

At 1129 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms extending from over Claiborne to near Columbia, moving
west at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Monroe, Ruston, Claiborne, West Monroe, Columbia,
  Brownsville-Bawcomville, Brownsville-Bawcom, Swartz, Richwood,
  Grayson, Choudrant, Chatham, Eros, Downsville, Sikes, Luna,
  Lapine, Vixen, Caderville and Fondale.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional
information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
