...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
  counties, Concho and Tom Green.

* WHEN...Through 1 PM this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Additional showers and thunderstorms were moving into the
    I-10 corridor and will spread into the Concho Valley. Locally
    heavy rainfall of 1 to 3 inches will be possible overnight
    and through the morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
