Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An upper level disturbance may move north from Mexico, bringing scattered showers and thunderstorms to portions of the Edwards Plateau, Northwest Hill Country and Northwest Hill Country this afternoon and evening. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches, with locally heavier amounts of 4 inches possible.
