Southeastern Concho County in west central Texas...
Northwestern Kimble County in west central Texas...
Southwestern McCulloch County in west central Texas...
Menard County in west central Texas...
Northeastern Sutton County in west central Texas...
* Until 1100 PM CST.
* At 800 PM CST, A line of thunderstorms producing up to an inch of
rainfall will move across areas that received between 2 and 5
inches overall, with isolated amounts over 7 inches. This will
result in additional flash flooding in the warned area.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Brady, Menard, Melvin, Calf Creek, Brady Lake, Roosevelt.
This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
South Blackburn between Adkins and 13th, White Street at Live Oak
Creek, Hallum Draw, 17th Street between Pine and College, County
Road 120 crossing East Cow Creek, Decker St. crossing San Saba
River, South High between 14th and 15th Streets, County Road 128
crossing Reubes Creek, crossings along County Road 138 and County
Road 156 crossing Bowtie Creek.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
